Dear Stakeholders and Partners of Phil British,

2021 is almost in the books. What a year it’s been.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to you all for helping Phil British grow its insurance operations amidst the pandemic. I personally cannot forecast what the business environment will be like in 2022 but I find comfort in knowing that you, our Stakeholders and Partners, have continued to extend your support to us throughout these times.  We hope for your continuous support not just in the next year but in the years to come.

As we look forward to the future, our team in Phil British remains committed to improve its offering and services as we turn the page to 2022.  We pledge to continuously find solutions in delivering a service that is frictionless, transparent, and responsive – elements that will enhance your trust and confidence in Phil British.  We have invested heavily in the last few years in devising IT systems and processes that will facilitate in delivering a better service to you.

I am writing this while our compatriots in Visayas and Mindanao are still reeling from the effects of Typhoon Odette. We are working on responding immediately to you, our clients, who have been affected by this powerful storm. Please do not hesitate to reach us if you have properties or vehicles that were affected by the typhoon.

Despite the latest challenges, Phil British will continue to be of service in insuring your assets. We aim to be a leading company in our industry, and our efforts everyday are focused on achieving this goal. Again, we thank you for your continuous support.
