The environment for insurance access and demand has changed remarkably over the last few years. Moreso during the pandemic when the need to address the uncertainties was the utmost priority. It was during this phase when we thought to ourselves: “What will happen next?” or “Why didn’t I get insurance?” or even “How can I get insurance coverage? Now!?”

It is with these that PhilBritish continuously improves its processes for its stakeholders and clients: to provide the best customer experience from insurance purchase to claim service. Aside from addressing the need for ease of buying, it is also as important that the ease of rendering services is taken into consideration.

Last July 8, 2022, PhilBritish inked the Memorandum of Agreement with 1Knight Solution: a tech company that focuses on end-to-end digitization. This step enabled selected PhilBritish insurance products to be available online through the soon-to-be-launched Signatura App.

The signing ceremony was attended by PhilBritish Executive Vice President and COO Mr. Ian Philippe Cuyegkeng, AVP and Head of Marketing and Branding Mr. Geoff Pineda and Digital Marketing Specialist Mariel Pagulayan. 1Knight Solution was represented by President Mr Vic Beltran and Business Development Head Melvin Lam. Said signing was held at the Penthouse of Morning Star Center, Makati City.
