Requirements

  • LOCATIONS : Binondo, Pampanga, Dumaguete, General Santos, Cagayan De Oro, Cabanatuan, Bacolod, Iloilo, Tacloban, Calbayog and Naga
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year Tertiary Course
  • With previous sales experience of at least 3-5 years. Experience in non-life insurance, while not required, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Generate maximum sales production and implement sales activities to promote awareness and increased production in the Main Branch.
  • Formulate plans and strategies to increase penetration with existing intermediaries/accounts.
  • Manage the relationship and service requirements of assigned branch intermediaries/accounts.
  • Recruit more agents to produce for the branch.
  • Ensure highest possible renewal rate for all existing PBAC policies with assigned intermediaries/accounts.
  • Provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing team of market developments.
  • To ensure credit terms are updated and complied with by all assigned intermediaries.
