Send a Bid

Procedure of Post bidding.

  1. Fill out Bidder Accreditation form.
  2. Submit to Bidding Coordinator together with a valid ID (Driver’s License preferably).
  3. Details of units available for bidding is posted in the website and is notified thru email and SMS prior the bidding date.
  4. Contact Bidding Coordinator for the authorization to check the desired unit in its location. Units will be sold “AS IS WHERE IS” so it is important to check the unit personally.
  5. Fill out Bid Form with necessary information, Bidder’s Name, Car make/Type model, plate number, Bid Amount, and Bid deposit amount. Bid deposit amount is 10% of the Bid Amount
  6. Enclose Bid Form with the Bid deposit in an enveloped sealed and with Bidder’s Signature on the seal.
  7. Indicate the Unit and Bidder’s name outside the envelope.
  8. Submit Bid to the Bidding Coordinator not later than the deadline specified.
  9. Bid results will be announced through SMS notified by the Bidding Coordinator within the deadline date or on the next day.

Procedure of Post bidding.

  1. Winner has the 3 working days after awarding notification to settle the full payment of the unit.
  2. Upon settlement of payment, documents will be released immediately for units with already completed documents. For units sold, but with still unavailable documents, there is a 1 month lead time for PhilBritish to complete and release documents.

Failure to comply with the 3 working days to settle, bidder would be put to blacklist and bid deposit would be forfeited.
